Admissions Online

Welcome to Saint Joseph Dual Language Catholic School and thank you for your interest.

We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. Preferences shall be given to active members of the parish.

1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee of $300.

4. Request/Submit Required Documents

Submit the following by uploading in this application or submitting directly to the school:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Sacrament Certificates, if available
  • Up-to-Date Immunizations, ALL students must comply with current California immunization and health requirements prior to re-enrollment.
  • 2 years of Standardized Test Scores, if applicable
  • 2 years of Report Cards, if applicable
  • Physician’s Report, grades Preschool - 1st only
Age Requirements
Transitional Kindergarten Must have reached the age of 4 years by September 1
Kindergarten Must have reached the age of 5 years by September 1
1st Grade Must have reached the age of 6 years by September 1

Our parish school will strive to have Catholic education accessible to as many students as possible, both with its educational programs and financial considerations; however, it may have insufficient resources to serve the educational needs of all students.The pastor and principal will review a students’ continued eligibility for enrollment in the parish school.
